 Continuous Benevolence of Hon. Mandela Egwuruonu Obasi ( Second Phase of the 7th Agricultural Support Program for Famers in the 3 Wards in Nkporo, Ohafia North State Constituency and the decamping of over 150 APC members to PDP at  Nkporo 



Hon .Mandela Egwuruonu Obasi is a man who has gone a long way to contribute meaningfully towards the development of Ohafia North State Constituency. Since his emergence as the Member Representing the good people of Ohafia North State Constituency, the Constituency has witnessed tremendous positive representation. 

Agricultural support program has been a yearly ritual for Hon Mandela Obasi since he became the House of Assembly Member Representing the good People of Ohafia North State Constituency. 

Nkporo community was a agog on Sunday 10th July 2022 when Hon. Mandela adopted the direct touch approach by distribution over  90 bags of fertilizers and cash support donation to  farmers in the three wards in Nkporo community. 

The event also witnessed the defection of over 150 APC members in Nkporo to PDP. 

In his speech, Hon. Mandela thanked and appreciated the good people of Nkporo community for their overwhelming support and pointed out that if he is re-elected in the 2023 general election, he will do all he can to keep on and continuously give the good people of Nkporo community the needed representation. He assured that new PDP members who defected from  APC that his open door policy is for all and he will never discriminate them. He assured them that the umbrella is big enough to cover tham and advise them to work towards the overall victory of the party in 2023. 



In their separate speeches, Mrs Felicia from Etiti ward Nkporo thanked and appreciated Hon. Mandela Obasi for his thoughtful idea to personally reach out to the women by himself , she further re-assured him of the women 's   support from Ndi  Etiti Nkporo , Mrs Ifeoma from Ndi Agbo Ward pointed out that the fertilizers and cash support will go a long way to ameliorate most of their challenges during this farming season , in her contribution, Mrs Ifeyinwa from Ndi Elu ward further stated that , agriculture is a pivotal aspect of economic development, she called on  other elected political office holders to emulate the benevolence of Hon. Egwuonwu Obasi .
