Abia 2023: Abia-born businessman Orders Prado-SUV Jeep For INEC Returning Officer

 An Abia-born businessman, Mr. Steven Ukpabi has procured Prado-SUV Jeep for Prof. Nnenna Otti who presided over the 2023 Abia State governorship election in Umuahia.



According to information made available to us through his Facebook handle, Steven Ukpabi stating that he has requested a Prado to be delivered to Prof. Mrs. Nnenna Nnennay Otti immediately the vehicle arrives Nigeria next month.

He also stated that this is in appreciation of her outstanding service to Abia state during the election result collation.

The message reads, "For your outstanding service to the people of Abia, I hereby request for this Prado to be delivered to Mrs Nnenna Nnennaya Oti immediately it arrives Nigeria next month.

Thank you for your service in Abia."



The beneficiary, Prof. Nnenna Otti who was the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Abia State, Returning Officer was marked out due to her outstanding performance and diplomacy in collation of election result from various local government of the state.

Recall that the Abia state governorship election result took about four days to be concluded due to the Obingwa local government result collation controversy.

The election also saw Mr. Alex Chioma Otti of the Labour Party as the winner of the governorship seat



According to reports, the benefactor, Mr. Steven Ukpabi is a seasoned philanthropist, Chief Executive Officer of Treebones Group of Company in Nigeria and hails from Ututu in Arochukwu local government in Abia State.
