Revealed: Why Plateau Governor Appointed 204 Media Aides

 Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has appointed 204 media.



In a statement, the Director of Press Affairs, Gyang Bere, said that 40 people were appointed as Principal Senior Assistants (media) to the Governor, 53 were appointed as Senior Special Assistants (SSA) media while 111 were designated Special Assistants.

One of the beneficiaries is Marie-Therese Peter Nanlong, the correspondent of Vanguard Newspaper in Jos.

Explaining to newsmen, Bare said they are ministers for information should be at the heartbeat of communication policy, culture and style of his principal and the state.  He further stated that they have a likable personality, trustworthy, honour and proven integrity.
